This is a great program for novice as well as more experienced quilters. There is a great assortment of blocks and fabrics to choose nearly unlimited design ideas from. Being more of a visual person, this program gives me the opportunity to see and arrange a variety of colors, patterns, and blocks to create exactly what I want saving time and money in fabric selection and pattern choices. <br /> <br />I found the program to be easy to navigate with easy to follow directions. Within a few minutes of installation, I was scanning the library and designing quilts! There are even free monthly downloads from the website, adding more patterns and fabrics. I highly recommend the Quilt Design Wizard for anyone. Would recommend to any quilter. This is a more basic version of the very comprehensive "Electric Quilt" software made by the same company. However, it does everything I need for a fraction of the cost. I love switching up the colors, especially when you can't decide what color border you want to add, you just click a color until you find the one you like! It's great to see a "visual" of what your quilt is going to look like instead of just imagining what it will look like. Wonderful product! Rating: 5 / 5 Absolutely LOVE this softeware.
