This program is a very basic cad program with little to offer. If your into designing using cad I would buy better version and spend a little more money. I got this program cheap and decided to go back to my 9.2 version which is much better. All depends on what you want to do with it.

Product lacks the detail required for material ordering, and detail for actual construction of a finished shed.

I bought this software with the following in my mind: “I need a program that asks me some simple question about the shed I want to build and will do the design for me”. And in that respect, the program worked just great. It has a shed wizard that does just that and the result is spectacular.
BUT…
I wanted to add a window to my shed (do I ask for too much?). Well… It was not easy and after doing this the window did not show up in my list of material. I wanted to put dimensions on my drawing and they all look… odd and out of place. You also can’t have a mix of dimensions between feet and inches…
Now please take all these comments with a grain of salt. I never used a DesignCAD product in my entire life.
